Foodie Kids Junior Chefs | Tuesdays | March 24th – May 12th

Tuesdays 4:15-5:15In this 8 week session, our young chefs will be making a new sweet and savory dish each week while honing skills like mixing & measuring, knife safety & cutting techniques, and different cooking methods. For the last class we will have a pizza party and our junior chefs will be able to design and decorate their own personal sized cake!

June 8-12 | Showstopper Cakes!

Ages 8+ from 1-4pmThis week is all about designing cakes that truly stand out. Each day, campers will learn new decorating techniques, from smooth buttercream and piping to working with fondant, chocolate details, and dramatic sugar glass. Then we’ll put those skills into action by creating a daily Showstopper Cake. Some of our cake themes include: Aquarium, Graffiti, Volcano, and Cheeseburger! On the final day, each chef will design and construct their own three-tiered Showstopper Cake to take home and share!

June 15-18 | Recipe Glow Up *4 day week*

Ages 8+ from 1-4pmIn our Recipe Glow-Up Camp we will take simple, everyday favorites and transform them into bold, upgraded creations. Campers will turn basic cupcakes into surprise filled showstoppers, classic brownies into over-the-top dessert bars, plain mac & cheese into crispy baked mac cups, and simple flatbreads into colorful, gourmet masterpieces.
Each day is all about creative twists, big flavor upgrades, and eye-catching presentation as we take recipes from basic to WOW.

Ages 8+ from 1-4pmIn this sweet-forward camp, young chefs will combine classic desserts in fun and unexpected ways to create brand-new treats. Campers will whip up crowd-pleasers like Cookie Dough Brownie Cups, Peach Cobbler Cake, S’mores Cookie Bars, Cake Batter Rice Krispie Treats, and other over-the-top dessert mash-ups that are as creative as they are delicious. Perfect for kids who love baking, experimenting, and sweet treats!

Ages 8+ from 1-4pmPack your (imaginary) bags and switch to Vacation Mode at this globe-trotting cooking camp! Our chefs will explore vacation-inspired eats from Sunny, Tropical Beaches to European Cafés and Ski Chalets. Campers will create fun and flavorful dishes like Sandcastle Cups, Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes, Mini Pizza “Postcards,” Après Ski Hot Cocoa Dip, Parisian Chocolate Croissants, Road Trip Snack Mixes, and Coney Island Candied Popcorn!

July 13-17 | Pop-Up Restaurant

Ages 8+ from 1-4pmStep into the role of chef and restaurant owner! In this camp, we will launch a brand-new restaurant concept each day — from a Retro Diner and Neighborhood Bakery to a Candy Shoppe, Italian Trattoria, and Asian Cafe. Young chefs will create a restaurant name, design signs, set menu prices, and prepare themed dishes while bringing the concept to life. Recipes will include items like Lattice Cherry Pie, Chocolate Chip Brioche, Marshmallow Pops, Mini Stromboli, and Dumplings.

July 20-24 | Everyday is a Holiday!

Ages 8+ from 1-4pmIn this camp (staff favorite!) we will be squeezing a years’ worth of holidays into one week! We’ll be celebrating New Years on Monday, Valentines on Tuesday, Halloween on Wednesday (costumes encouraged), Thanksgiving on Thursday, and Christmas & Hanukkah on Friday! Recipes will include Firework Sheet Cake, Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies, Broken Glass Cupcakes, Maple Snickerdoodles, Chocolate Babka Muffins, and Rosemary Focaccia Wreaths.
