Ages 8+ from 1-4pmThis week is all about designing cakes that truly stand out. Each day, campers will learn new decorating techniques, from smooth buttercream and piping to working with fondant, chocolate details, and dramatic sugar glass. Then we’ll put those skills into action by creating a daily Showstopper Cake. Some of our cake themes include: Aquarium, Graffiti, Volcano, and Cheeseburger! On the final day, each chef will design and construct their own three-tiered Showstopper Cake to take home and share!

Ages 8+ from 1-4pmIf it’s trending on screens, we’re making it in the kitchen! In this camp, our chefs turn internet-famous and TV-inspired food trends into real, hands-on creations. From viral street food to bakery-style desserts and over-the-top sweet treats, campers will learn the techniques behind the dishes everyone is talking about. Recipes include Loaded Muffin Tops, White Pizza, Candied Fruit Skewers, Lasagna Roll-Ups, and Bento Cakes.

Monday, September 21stIn this one-day camp, we will turn the kitchen into an edible illusion studio, creating recipes with hidden centers, playful disguises, and delicious surprises in every bite. Recipes will include: Pot Pie Pop-Tarts, Secret Center Biscuit Bombs, “Fried Egg” Cookies, Potato Cake Pops, and Dirt Flower Pots with Fondant Flowers & Vines!
