Monday, September 21stIn this one-day camp, we will turn the kitchen into an edible illusion studio, creating recipes with hidden centers, playful disguises, and delicious surprises in every bite. Recipes will include: Pot Pie Pop-Tarts, Secret Center Biscuit Bombs, “Fried Egg” Cookies, Potato Cake Pops, and Dirt Flower Pots with Fondant Flowers & Vines!

October 12th | Homemade Takeout!

Monday, October 12thSkip the delivery and make takeout from scratch! In this camp we will be making Vegetable Lo Mein, Mini Calzones, Garlic Naan, Gyoza, and playful Fried Rice Cupcakes.

November 2nd | Weekend Bakery

Monday, November 2ndWelcome to the Weekend Bakery, where campers will fill the pastry case with sweet and savory favorites made from scratch. Our bakers will prepare Cheddar & Chive Quiches, Ham & Cheese Kolaches, Lemon Blueberry Danishes, Strawberry Jam Morning Buns, and patisserie-worthy Fruit Tartlets while practicing dough work, shaping, filling, glazing, and decorating.

Ages 8+ from 1-4pmClassic Thanksgiving favorites are headed to the test kitchen! In this camp we will remix familiar holiday dishes into fun new creations, including Green Bean Casserole Pastry Cups, Crispy Parmesan Potato Cakes, Stuffing-Inspired Turkey Pinwheels, Pumpkin Pie Pop-Tarts, and Thanksgiving Pie Slice Cookies.

Campers will cook up a cozy Thanksgiving feast with Turkey & Cheddar Crescent Wreath, Creamy Corn Pudding, handmade Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter & Sage, Cranberry Fluff Parfaits, and Mini Brown Sugar Apple Lattice Pies. Come hungry, because this Friendsgiving table is going to be a good one.
Gingerbread House Workshops
Our holiday favorite is back! Decorate a pre-assembled gingerbread house with royal icing, piping bags, marshmallows, gingerbread men and plenty of holiday candy while sipping hot chocolate. All ages welcome. Each $45 registration includes one house.
