Screen to Plate: Cooking Camp Foodie Kids August 2025

If your kid is scrolling through food videos and saying “I want to make THAT” — we built this camp for them. Cooking Camp at Foodie Kids is about putting down the screens and picking up the spatulas with our brand-new Screen to Plate camp, running August 3–7 in Austin, TX.

Screens off. Aprons on. Let’s cook.

What Is Screen to Plate Camp?

Screen to Plate takes the viral foods kids are obsessing over online and on TV and turns them into real, hands-on kitchen projects. Campers won’t just watch — they’ll actually make the recipes while learning the real techniques behind every dish.

On the menu this week:

  • Loaded Muffin Tops
  • White Pizza
  • Candied Fruit Skewers
  • Lasagna Roll-Ups
  • Bento Cakes
  • …and way more over-the-top creations!

Every project is designed to build real kitchen confidence — knife skills, baking basics, and the creative instincts that turn a great recipe into something unforgettable.
