Join us on a trip around the world! Taste and experience different cuisines from France, Spain, Mexico, Thailand and many more!
American Girl Cafe Camp
Become an American Girl Cafe chef! Kids will create cute crafts, cafe classics and miniature size treats for their dolls, who get to join them in the kitchen on the last day!
Pastry Chef Camp
Campers will learn fundamental to advanced pastry techniques, essential to excelling in the competitive pastry industry. From making a basic pate a choux dough for eclairs to carefully whipping up a souffle, this week will full of recipes your camper will never forget
Food Science Camp
Campers will learn the science behind our favorite recipes and create some crazy new things as well! Get ready for activated charcoal icecream, homemade gummy worms, and creating perfect “caviar” pearls out of any drink.
Farm to Table Camp
Campers will learn to create healthy, non-processed recipes from scratch. Recipes like homemade sourdough bread with fresh jam and butter or a crisp tomato tart make for a fun and fulfilling week!
Dessert Crazy Camp
Go dessert crazy during this week of camp! We’ll be making everything from pinanta cookies full of sprinkles, chocolate covered potato chip icecream, and colorful tie dyed donuts!
Restaurant Classics Camp
Learn recipes from the best of the best restaurants and chefs! Campers will make classic recipes such as Cafe de Monde’s beignets and Alice Water’s Garden Salad Tacos. One of our days will be dedicated to classics from local Austin restaurants like Kerbey Lane and Hill’s Cafe!
Cake Wars Camp
Let the Cake Wars begin! Campers will learn fundamental and advanced decorating techniques, including popular trends like the unicorn cake and buttercream lettering. Each day we will have a competition to practice and showcase what we learned that day!
Italian Summer Camp
Ciao! Travel through Italy as we make fresh herb pasta, healthy mini meatballs, sweet fluffy Struffoli, and much more. Come to this camp with a hearty appetite!
