Welcome to the Weekend Bakery, where campers will fill the pastry case with sweet and savory favorites made from scratch. Our bakers will prepare Cheddar & Chive Quiches, Ham & Cheese Kolaches, Lemon Blueberry Danishes, Strawberry Jam Morning Buns, and patisserie-worthy Fruit Tartlets while practicing dough work, shaping, filling, glazing, and decorating.

Y’all, we’re cooking up something good! Join us for a cozy day in the kitchen as we whip up Chicken and Dumplings, Pimento Cheese Grits, Sweet Potato Hush Puppy Muffins, Peach Cobbler Cupcakes, and Mississippi Mud Pie Cups. Come hungry, y’all!
