Monday, November 2ndWelcome to the Weekend Bakery, where campers will fill the pastry case with sweet and savory favorites made from scratch. Our bakers will prepare Cheddar & Chive Quiches, Ham & Cheese Kolaches, Lemon Blueberry Danishes, Strawberry Jam Morning Buns, and patisserie-worthy Fruit Tartlets while practicing dough work, shaping, filling, glazing, and decorating.

Then we’ll turn our attention to the sweeter side of the season with North Pole Cupcakes and homemade Reindeer Chow. From holiday dinner favorites to sweet treats, this camp has a little bit of everything!
