On the menu: Green Chile Turkey Tamales (mild), warm Stuffing Style Dinner Rolls, and Grandma’s Sweet Potato Casserole with a golden marshmallow topping. Then we’ll turn our attention to the sweeter side of the season with North Pole Cupcakes and homemade Reindeer Chow. From holiday dinner favorites to sweet treats, this camp has a little bit of everything!

In this winter-inspired cooking camp, young chefs will create Homemade Pretzel Bites with Warm Cheese Fondue, Chicken Pot Pies, Croque Monsieurs, Hot Cocoa Brownie Cups, and White Chocolate Dipped Shortbread Skis. From savory mountain favorites to après ski sweets, it’s all the charm of a slopeside café without the skis!
