It’s a new celebration every day! Throughout the week, campers will make festive favorites inspired by five different parties — from Pineapple Upside-Down Mini Cakes at our Luau Party to BBQ Chicken Flatbreads at our Backyard BBQ, Confetti Cupcakes for a Birthday Bash, Walking Taco Cups at our Fiesta, and Mini King Cake Muffins for a colorful Mardi Gras celebration!

If it’s trending on screens, we’re making it in the kitchen! In this camp, our chefs turn internet-famous and TV-inspired food trends into real, hands-on creations. From viral street food to bakery-style desserts and over-the-top sweet treats, campers will learn the techniques behind the dishes everyone is talking about. Recipes include Loaded Muffin Tops, White Pizza, Candied Fruit Skewers, Lasagna Roll-Ups, and Bento Cakes.

In this camp we will be celebrating the start of SUMMER and making recipes like Lemonade Stand Slushies, Sweet Pickle Pimento Cheese, S’mores Cookie Cups, Orange Creamsicle Cupcakes, and Chicken Salad Sammies on Homemade Croissants!

This week is all about designing cakes that truly stand out. Each day, campers will learn new decorating techniques, from smooth buttercream and piping to working with fondant, chocolate details, and dramatic sugar glass. Then we’ll put those skills into action by creating a daily Showstopper Cake. Some of our cake themes include: Aquarium, Graffiti, Volcano, and Cheeseburger! On the final day, each chef will design and construct their own three-tiered Showstopper Cake to take home and share!
