15 Week Semester – Off Spring Break Week

In this class, our young bakers will learn the art of creating delectable cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more. From mixing and measuring to baking and decorating, they will learn every step of the cake making process. For the last class, they will be able to unleash their creativity by designing and decorating their own 3 tiered cake!

15 Week Semester – Off Spring Break Week

Every week these little chefs will be making 2 fun and creative recipes (savory & sweet) using seasonal ingredients. They will learn beginner safety knife skills, different plating techniques, the basics of cooking, and the science behind why it works.
Fresh pizza dough, marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Everything you need for a fun make your own pizza at home! Makes two regular size pizzas or four mini personal pizzas.
