In this camp we will remix familiar holiday dishes into fun new creations, including Green Bean Casserole Pastry Cups, Crispy Parmesan Potato Cakes, Stuffing-Inspired Turkey Pinwheels, Pumpkin Pie Pop-Tarts, and Thanksgiving Pie Slice Cookies.

Monday, November 2ndWelcome to the Weekend Bakery, where campers will fill the pastry case with sweet and savory favorites made from scratch. Our bakers will prepare Cheddar & Chive Quiches, Ham & Cheese Kolaches, Lemon Blueberry Danishes, Strawberry Jam Morning Buns, and patisserie-worthy Fruit Tartlets while practicing dough work, shaping, filling, glazing, and decorating.
